Eyeliner again if the good will be dizzy ~ what I normally use.
I use Maybelline Eyeliner this cheap very durable
But light use eyeliner is dizzy oh
So I usually draw Eyeliner Eyeliner painted with such a day will not be dizzy ~
Summer time, no matter how sweating has not changed the panda oh
